Alright, I know I share cookie photographs here quite often, and really, there's not much more exciting going on in my life. But this time, it is special because these might be the best cookies I have made in some many months. We have a temperamental oven and usually the cookies end up a bit crispy, but these are chewy oatmeal chocolate chip mounds of delicious. With thanks to the Attica Country Cookbook and a watchful eye.
Nathan agrees, this is a darn good cookie.

Those are my favorite! That's the best cookbook for good ol' comfort baking. :)
you can send them priority mail overnight but make sure to wrap them in wax paper for freshness :)
