My parents embarked for Ireland on Monday, and I can only assume that's where they are and that they're enjoying themselves. I haven't heard any news yet, but I hope it's lovely. Pop will be working for several days upfront, and Mom is hopefully luxuriating in the nice hotel where the intensive is held. Then they will be galavanting around the West coast seeing what there is to see.
Ma and Pa, I hope you have a very lovely vacation together (I think it's about darn time!) and come home with stories about driving the rental car on the left side of the road, eating really amazing and/or strange food, Ireland's 'potent potables,' and lots of other exciting happenings. Not to mention, lots of photos...and maybe a treat for me. ;)

*I'm sorry for this title...you can tell I don't know very much about Ireland...though I did listen to this audiobook and it was great!

Callie O'Malley-- for a moment I thought you had our photographs!! They look just like these. Ireland is difficult to describe--lovely, wonderous, stark, verdant, friendly, romantic, and yes, green!
We will have pictures to contribute to your weekly cute, perhaps. And the Guinness in so much better than in the US! Wish our US dollar exchanged a little better though.
Love, MOM
