Chopped off my hair.
I had been growing it out, but it had become quite damaged and badly needed a trim...turned out I needed to cut off a lot. I found an Aveda salon in Redmond looking for hair models for their training program, which was a good [read, cheap] option to the otherwise $40-50 price tag at most places. I really lucked out--the girl offered to always cut my hair for just $15! Um, Jackpot. :)
ps- for a while I really wanted the long hair again. but you know, I think I'm a shorter hair kind of girl.

Sweet deal on the $15 hair cuts!!! And I like your new, sassy 'do! I'm definitely loving my shorter locks as well... there's something nice about shoulder or above lengths... an attitude it draws out of us or something. :) It's fun!

I know its short, but it's not like "short" short. Plus from this shot it looks like it has much the same silhouette. I think it looks great; and just in time for the summer—What?!

it does look a bit "sassy", but perky and any haircut for $15 in seattle is a good haircut indeed. and it doesn't look like sarah palin so i'm sold.....:) would make a good avatar...
